We are starting a sustainable farm in Deer Island, OR. which is situated an hour north of Portland. There are 30+ raised beds for organic produce. We are trying to add more berries & fruit trees as we go along. We also are raising some chicks & Indian Runner ducks for eggs. There are 6 alpacas & 2 mini bunnies for fertilizer & pets. We are weaning 3 dwarf Nigerian goats that will eventually give us dairy. We have some grape vines & a large greenhouse. Someone to help us keep up with all the chores & help work on a new project here & there would be ideal. I have completed a Master Gardeners program through OSU, & will readily share information. There is a comfortable home to stay in here, & we would like someone that is relatively hard-working, communicates well, & is respectful.
