Hello, we are the Schumachers. Me, my husband, and our little dog too! Kirk and I are, well, um, 50ish, but not afraid to sweat, use the elbow grease we have, and get dirty to see beautiful things grow. We are newbies to actual farming but we kept a 200 sq ft organic garden in Orange County, CA for 5 years (no small feat!) and fed a lot of people some very wonderful veggies! We are looking for an internship where Geoffrey could come (he's family), and where our talents could be of the most value. I can do some sales and office work, I also sing, paint, and keep a clean house. Kirk is a professional musician, and has worked in marketing and sales most of his life.
