Aloha! I am a lover and caretaker of Mother Earth. Studying Herbalism, Organic Nutrition, Folk Medicine, Ethnobotony, and Sustainability. Interested in learning/working anything to do with plants, food, natural resources. I have general gardening and farming knowledge, have WWOOFed, worked in a retail greenhouse and assisted with start-ups of both a vineyard and a CSA. Also actively participated in jump-starting a cooperative arts movement in a small Michigan town. I'm seeking an apprenticeship for the Fall/Winter of this year (2012-2013). I seek a community of like-minded "green" and creative people to live/work/play and learn. My trusting companion (7 year old siberian husky) and I are on an adventure, living off the land and in harmony with mankind. I'm able to assist your farm/community in many ways from hard labor of weeding, planting, harvesting, preserving to office assistance, housekeeping, customer relations, even marketing.
