This season we are focusing on Tomatoes.  Oh ya...  heirloom to be slightly more specific..  We have 14 varieties of heirloom Tomatoes, along with an assortment of heirloom melons, and the usual mix of heirloom veggies.  We aren;t and never will be certified organic, but we farm what we call above and beyond organics.  no chemicals on you land, we love our land:)  

In the fall we are planning to set up an aquaponic garden in the green house, so we can grow veggies all year round.  This is very exciting something we have been striving for for quite some time now.  

we also raise heritage breed chickens for eggs, and small batches for meat.  we don't sell many meat birds but do sell eggs.

Our birds are moved to fresh pasture every day. This is very different from the traditional way of raising chickens. It also mimics the rhythms of nature a little closer. It makes they hens healthier, and in turn the eggs. Check it out for yourself, try a store bought organic free range egg, and ours your will see the difference.
