My partner and I really enjoyed ourselves once we realized we had to make our own fun, our own projects.  The owner of this property is really knowledgeable, has a great number of books as well as wifi.  He is interested in so many things, and so numerous are his plans for his land, it can be a little overwhelming.  But he will work with you to plan something out, pitch in, and can be very encouraging.  Once the ball is rolling, he doesn't micromanage; he's very positive.  If you want to work hard to make an impact in a beautiful place, this is a lovely area to do it.  It is situated near water with plenty of wildlife and trails with which the owner is familiar and enthusiastic.  I had myself a time, very positive!
