The organization’s vision is to have a society where youth from all walks of life play their role in an enabling policy and development framework so as to engage in self sustaining socio economic activities with the focus of making the world a better place to live in.
Our mission is to enhance effective participation of young people through facilitation, capacity building and role playing in social and economic development initiatives through strengthening and analysis of own generated ideas, proposals, experiences and resources.
-Support young people’s participation in HIV/AIDS and reproductive health activities to enable them make informed decisions.
-To economically empower young people to enhance improved livelihoods
-Educational support with major emphasis on girl child and women

-Livelihood and skills development life skills, vocational skills, young professional development and income generation with view to combat poverty
-To promote permaculture
- Education and training and environmental conservation, protection and restoration of the mother earth.
-Research, advocate, and influence policy on issues affecting young people
-Outreach programs and permaculture demonstration sites
-To mobilize and effectively manage resources in order to achieve organizational objectives.
-Micro credit / micro-financing
Our programs are relatively holistic with activities addressing multiple needs, and actively involving young people in and out of school and embracing close collaboration with key partners both locally and internationally.
The volunteers will be accommodated in a home, staying with a family and involved in daily chores, and will be treated with a typical African hospitality, learning local language, culture etc and interacting with the local community
