A Community-Based Green Entrepreneur Program working with low-income, refugee, and immigrant populations in urban and suburban spaces to build and sustain Green Infrastructure: Waste - Water - Soil - Food Systems. Training Projects include operating
a series of small-plot locations with community partners; Seattle Housing Authority, Seattle Parks Department, Seattle Tilth, Seattle Public Utilities, Alley Cat Acres, and Cascadian Edible Landscapes.
Urban A&T Academy is a program of Creatives4Community whose goals are to create living-wage green
employment and environmentally-based educational opportunities for under-represented and under-utilized populations of class and color
in urban and suburban centers.

What we are looking for: Experienced people with cultural and ethnic competency that are interested in tying their food systems work directly to the communities that are being studied, examined, and experimented on. Food security surveys, technical support, workshops, teach-ins, tours, hands-on experiences, job shadowing, OJT (On the Job Training Opportunities).
What we Need: Used tools, recycled materials (wood, screens, windows, driptape, handtools, pumps, pipes, farm building stuff!
