I grow a few varieties of oyster mushroom, blue. white and yellow. I grow shiitake as well. My mushrooms are certified organic… I grow most of my own spawn, so learning sterile culture technique is also a possibility for you.I manage about 15 acres total. I attend 4+ farmers markets weekly maybe more this year and as I’m sure you know they are a great time.
