Hello we are looking for help on a small scale veggie farm selling mainly at Farmer's Markets. We use organic and sustainable permaculture practices to grow our food.
We are raising multiple types of Vegetables using open fields, high and low tunnel's. Also have strawberries, black and red raspberries, blue berries and some fruit trees. Also raise medicinal, edible and healing herbs. Sell in farmers markets and some people come and pick on the farm. I have a 35 foot double slide RV (2001) for housing. Live near a small town and a small college near a river and lots of woods and mountains. West Virginia is a beautiful state with lots of outdoor activities. We would love to have you come and help use with the farm. I welcome any length stay from a week to months. We provide housing and fresh food from the garden plus rabbit, eggs and venison. Asking for at least 5 hours a day 5 days a week. No smokers. If you dont want to stay in the RV you can Camp in 12 acres of wood land. Speak spanish also. Have many medicinal plants and have studied for many years in the America's with Curanderos and Shamans. Great learning opportunity for young people. Looking for people that can help with planting, weeding, harvesting, watering, selling and eating.
