In the heart of Los Angeles. Edendale Farm CSA & Learning Center is a unique place; A model urban farm and community food center. Its mission is to grow local organic food, harvest and conserve water, conserve & produce energy, build soil fertility, eliminate waste, foster community relations and apply new alternative living systems.

Edendale Farm houses small farm animals such as chickens, ducks, pigeons, and fish. It offers classes in: Bio-intensive farming methods, Permaculture Design, Natural Building, Appropriate Technologies, Organic Farming, Animal Husbandry, Composting, Renewable Energy, Grey Water Systems, Rain Water Harvesting, Mycology, and Aquaculture.

Non-farming activities include: film screenings, concerts and plays in an outdoor theater and offers classes in the performing arts, Healthy Cooking, Yoga, Thai-chi, Wellness and Herbal Treatments.

Edendale Farm offers guided tours and special classes for school children year round and Hosts special dinner events such as Farm to Table with notable Chefs.
