Farmer Wanted for 1 acre in Woodinville (outside Seattle)

Farmer Wanted!

One acre located about 1.5 miles up the hill from 21 Acres and Fred Zante farm in Woodinville.  Owner would like to put the land to better use and is looking for someone who would love to use an acre of land to hone skills, turn education into experience, sell produce at a farmers' market, or simply live off of the land.

The parcel is sunny and quite flat. Owner has a chicken coop with up to ten laying hens, very productive. 4 compost bins that are sitting idle currently, and would love to see some USE.

If landowner could have ANYTHING, they would ask for:

  •     7 hrs/week work in existing gardens
  •     "some" produce and eggs, and
  •     harvesting existing fruit and berries (of which they would only take a portion)    

 in exchange for the use of this land. 

Willing to work out a good arrangement.
